Hybrid workouts take place in small groups of 5 to 8 participants, ensuring personal attention while keeping the energy and motivation of group training. FIT4BIKE sessions are unique and functional, designed to build strength, endurance, explosiveness, agility, mobility, and coordination—everything a cyclist or athlete needs to perform at their best.
We offer three levels to match your ability and goals:
Basic – 2x per week, ideal for beginners and recreational riders who want to build a strong foundation.
Intermediate – 2x per week, for those who already train regularly and want to take performance to the next level.
Pro – 2–3x per week, designed for ambitious cyclists and athletes chasing top results.
